Electric control panel: with Push button and speed regulator.
Operator have to insert roll on holding shaft and put at machine center.
Operator have to push the button to start the machine.
Machine hold the Roll and rotate it; & same time fix 1 cutter of 9 inches move forward to cut the roll by operator.
After each cutting operator has to moves cutter forward for second cut.
Operator have to collect cut rolls with holding shaft and place new roll at there.
Easy to operate & low maintenance.
